About Muso
Muso - The music magazine that rewrites the
score
Muso is the groundbreaking bi-monthly magazine for the 16-30 generation of classical music enthusiasts in the UK and beyond that has changed the face of classical music journalism.
Designed for young professional musicians, students and music enthusiasts wanting to keep up with the latest news and gossip, Muso provides essential advice on courses and careers as well as celebrity interviews, great competitions and practical resources.
Published six times a year in the UK, a dedicated North American version of the magazine appears every quarter.
Musolife.com - Classical music. From your
Perspective
Launched in September 2007, Musolife.com is the online arm of Muso magazine. It offers classical musicians and enthusiasts the chance to engage with like-minded people around the world via blogs, user reviews, concert listings, classified ads and a forum.
The MyMuso section gives members the chance to showcase their talent with music uploads and embedded video, and they can add photos, events and biographical information too. MyMuso users can make friends, write on each other's walls and form or join groups.
Musolife.com also provides an online outlet for Muso magazine content. Our features archive contains full articles from the magazine, while the popular G Spot section uncovers the hottest young classical talent. CDs and other music-related products are critiqued in our reviews section.
Musolife.com offers plenty more too: exclusive competitions, our Big Noise showcase, a specialist online shop and a news section, which is updated on a daily basis, plus the Muso mailer, which keeps subscribers abreast of the latest developments via a weekly newsletter.
