Biography
The arts, in all their infinite variety, can help strengthen the spirit, re-fire the imagination and enable us to rejoin the life of the community where fellowship, respect and belonging are reborn. Thanks to cultural exchanges I would like to enrich my cultural heritage. Thank to life-long learning, I’ll try to introduce innovative programs which produce activities enlarging creativity and that widen access and participation of classical art to young audience.

In 1991 I got my degree in Musicology at the Tor Vergata University of Rome. Further more I studied as soprano. Speaker at international congresses on music history and musical management, since 1993 I'm working – in different times - as free-lance journalist for many musical magazines such as: Nuova Rivista Musicale Italiana, La Gazzetta della Musica, Prima Fila, Suono,Economia della Cultura, web magazine fizz.it, Musical!. In 1994 I started to work in the sector of management and communication for the performing arts, specializing in important university in Italy and abroad (Luiss of Rome, SDA Bocconi of Milan, Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University Evanston/Chicago USA). In this sector, covering different professional positions, I have worked for Italian and foreign theatres and cultural institutions, such as: Romaeuropa Foundation, National Theatre of Miskolc (Hungary), Theatre BuildingChicago (USA), Chicago Symphony Orchestra (USA), Federculture, Teatro Lirico Sperimentale G. Belli of Spoleto, Roma Opera House, FontanonEstate Festival, Fabrica Musica/Benetton, Municipality of Rome, Palaexpo, ETI-Ente Teatrale Italiano, Kitonb-extreme theatre company, National Dance Academy of Rome, Ass. Teatro di Roma. Since 2000 I'm the president of the non-profit organization Music Theatre International –M.T.I., directing also some theatre productions realized by the association. I'm member of the board and pro-tempore chairman for Asia of Italian Women in the World – IWW the non-profit organization and international network of Italian professional women around the world. I'm listed in the Fromez consulting database and I'm a professional member of FERPI.Influences
