Composer Michel van der Aa is a devilishly handsome Dutchman who
has attracted much attention for his imaginative music theatre
works.
He trained as a music recording engineer at the Royal Conservatory
in The Hague and studied composition with Diderik Wagenaar, Gilius
van Bergeijk and Louis Andriessen before completing a course in
film directing at the New York Film Academy, where he collaborated
with film makers Peter Greenaway and Hal Hartley.
Recent success include the Paul Hindemtih Prize in 2006. And if his
music is as beautiful as his eyes, we are going to be in serious
trouble…
