Barely out of her teens, sultry Tamsin Waley-Cohen has already made
a name for herself performing in renowned venues across the UK and
abroad.
This foxy young violinist became a foundation scholar at the Royal
College of Music in 2004. She's been a finalist at the BBC
Young Musician of the Year competition, and has also won the
strings award at the Royal Over-Seas League Music Competition.
This year she should be getting acquainted with the 1720
Stradivarius violin she recently got her gifted hands on.
