Biography
Im keryn. I am your average teenager I guess except I have a strong interest in music and theatre and spend most of my time involved in one or the other. I want to go to the Royal Northern to study composition.
I recently won the East Riding of Yorkshire and Beverley Young Composers competition and my piece was sung by the Tallis Scholars in Beverley Minster. The piece is below - tell us what you think. Its a bad recording but it was live and only had one chance. Its sung by the Ebor Singers of York on the recording :)

Hi Keryn, noticed your question about LCM, I had a great time there when they did the instrument making courses, very student-friendly and Leeds is a fun place to live if you like socialising, pubs & clubs etc. Go and have a look if you get a chance, Andrew

Hi Keryn! LCM was a great place for me, studying classical piano. it has a strong influence by jazz, indian and contemporary music. quite open-minded and good teachers. would say it's more a jazz college that anything else, but the classical tradition is strong too. good student life!
